Delete your HomeSay account
You can ask us to remove your account and what is attached to it. Here is exactly what that means.
What is removed
- Your name, email and profile photo
- Your saved addresses
- Your cart and anything saved for later
- Your notification history
- The link between your ratings and you — the rating stays, anonymised
What we have to keep
- Invoices and payment records — these are tax records, and we are required to keep them
- Settled jobs, because they are a partner's earnings history as much as your order
- Anything still in progress, until it is finished or cancelled
Where a record has to survive, your details are scrubbed from it rather than the row being kept intact. The scrub is one-way.
