A partner measures every wall, ceiling and surface on site and records the areas in the app. The server prices them against the paint you choose — material, labour, preparation and GST are all shown as separate lines on your quotation, so you can see what each part costs. Nothing is priced before the measurement.

Yes. The visit, the measurement and the quotation cost nothing, and you are under no obligation once you have them. If you decline the quote, that is the end of it — there is no visit charge and nothing to pay.

Yes. Your quotation names the exact brand and product, and the material line covers it. If you upgrade the paint the quote is revised and you see the new total before you accept it.

On a quoted job you pay an advance when you accept the quotation, and the balance when the work is done. Each instalment appears in your order with its own Pay button, and nothing is charged automatically. Fixed-price items are paid when you book.

It is proof of work. You read the start code to the partner when they begin and the completion code when you are happy with the job — neither is ever shown to them in their app. Do not share a code before the work it belongs to has happened.

Yes. Open the booking and tap Cancel, and our team reviews it and confirms any refund with you directly. A job a partner has already started cannot be cancelled from the app — call us instead.

No. Covering and moving furniture is part of the job and it is quoted with the rest — that is the whole difference between our furnished and unfurnished home painting. Anything fragile or valuable is worth putting away yourself.
